Beneficiation

Impurities are removed based on size, specific gravity and magnetic properties and the process is computer controlled ensuring stable quality and optimising efficiency.

Particle size control is achieved by screening and grinding for the top end and the bottom end of the particle size is controlled by hydrocyclones. The material is dewatered, dried and bagged. Process water is treated through a process of coagulation, flocculation and sedimentation after which it is recycled back into the plant.
